REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
As our custom Handmade Crochet Rugs are made to order, we will not accept returns for goods that ‘Don’t look how you imagined’ so please be very careful when choosing colours and designs.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

PAYMENT
Freddie & Ava accepts Credit Card and PayPal Payments.
If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
SHIPPING
Products are typically processed within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 7-10 business days.
Custom Crochet Rugs take 4-6 weeks to be made then 7-10 business days to be delivered.
Please ensure all addresses are correct including PayPal delivery addresses, we can not take responsibility for addrssess that have not been updated through Paypal.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc).
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promoter is: Freddie & Ava Ltd, whose registered office is at Lot 4, 55 Holder Rd, Bannockburn, Vic, 3331.
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Freddie & Ava and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be 30th April 2017. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: First prize- a canopy of your choice (excluding Lace Canopy), one 150cm Rug of your choice and a Pom Pom Blanket of your choosing. Second Prize- two items from the first prize of your choosing. Third prize- one item of your choosing from the first prize.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@freddieandava.com.au
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
